| | Douglas J. Eboch was born near Chicago, then grew up in Saudi Arabia and Alaska before attending film school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. After a brief stint working at Walt Disney Feature Animation, he sold his original screenplay which became the movie Sweet Home Alabama starring Reese Witherspoon. He also co-wrote and directed the independent film festival hit Party at Sam’s and wrote and directed with the stage sketch group Prank Monkies. In addition to his film and stage work, he currently teaches screenwriting at Art Center College and writes the humorous short story blog, The Little Church Stories. | |
