Peace within the Storm—Superficial talk at a men’s retreat turns serious, leading in to Joseph’s dilemma about whether he should marry Mary. 3. The Gift of Joy— Christmas wish lists contrast with the Magi’s awe, and thus seem relatively unimportant. 4. A Brave Love—Modern moms who “didn’t have a clue” about raising kids relate to Mary’s tentative acceptance of mothering the Messiah.
