Synopsis
There's no Scrooge in this Easter play, but true to Charles Dickens' form, there are several mysterious nighttime visitors. Kevin and Kim Marley die in an accident, leaving Jeri and their other teenage friends grief-stricken and confused. The Marleys visit Jeri at midnight and tell her that three spirits will visit her and reveal differing views of what happens after death. For the Spirit of Atheism, it's nothing. For the New Age Spirit, it's reincarnation, preceded by chanting and channeling. Ommmm ... Then a voice calls Jeri's name. "Aren't you going to appear to me?" Jeri asks. The unseen Angel of Resurrection answers her, "Faith is the conviction of things not seen." Your new life with Jesus can start now, and it will never end. Written specifically for teenagers to explore Jesus' resurrection and its implications – here and in the hereafter.
