These hilarious mystery scenes served up between dinner courses will satisfy every appetite. The setting is Jerusalem, one week after the Crucifixion. Two women, Ruth and Maggie, prepare an elaborate feast. Pilate, Caiaphas, Peter, and other biblical characters are the guests. Maggie goes upstairs to retrieve some napkins, when - eek! She finds a dead body! Whose body? Not just anybody. That's the fun of this whodunit. The coroner, Daedulus Bodicus, offers a few theories. Gradually the clues pile up. Guess who? We'll never tell! Many funny running gags, such as Pilate's propensity to punctuate his prattle with p's. Your audience will guffaw from the beginning right through the end, when the body begins to talk and is arrested!
