The cousins, aware of their relatives’ generous help, plan a fantastic Christmas surprise to thank them. But everything goes horribly wrong at the last minute! The gift-giving takes on an O. Henry predicament, and all seems—if not lost, at least terribly confused. But is it? Two surprise phone calls change the whole conversation in the end, and despite the misadventures, the magic of the season prevails. Flexible casting and minimal staging make it easy, and audience participation and interactive narrators who delightfully break the fourth wall make it fun.
