SCRIPT PREVIEW
Synopsis
The entire congregation becomes a part of this children's program when each member receives a little rainbow badge of yarn. The "rainbow" proclaims Christ's victory over death. Using color symbolism, several children tell how their color represents one of the events of the Easter story. A reader (pastor) follows each child's presentation with a passage of Scripture that characterizes each child's color - yellow for cowardice, blue for sadness, red for bloodshed, etc. When the story of the Passion is complete, the colors taken together represent the "rejoicing rainbow" of Easter.
