SCRIPT PREVIEW
Synopsis
Biblical setting? Contemporary? Neither and both. This series fuses the best of each against a hotel backdrop. Vacationers Hope and Chase are much like their names: Hope, a true optimist, wants nothing more than to meet her dream Messiah. Chase is a skeptic. The unfolding events of Holy Week meet them right where they are, yet challenge their assumptions. Included are: 1. Repent for the Forgiveness of Sins—Is the Messiah really all that John the Baptist says he is? 2. Entrance into Jerusalem—A parade to beat all parades passes by the hotel, 3. By What Authority?—Jesus in the temple, 4. The Last Supper—Hope seeks a pedicure but instead sees Jesus washing the disciples' feet, 5. Jesus' Death—In the aftermath of the Crucifixion, Hope and Chase are offered complimentary extra nights to see if Jesus will rise again.
