SCRIPT PREVIEW
Synopsis
A collection of contemporary and traditional two-part sketches contrasting the first Christmas with today. Includes: 1. The Perfect Mom for the Job—A frazzled mom feels parenting stress, then realizes Jesus' mother Mary must have too. 2. Sin City—Our contemporary world and biblical Bethlehem seem imperfect, but that's where the Messiah is needed most. 3. The Storytellers—A child cast as a shepherd in a play and the real shepherds realize they have an important role to play in Jesus' birth. 4. Star Talk—Father/son conversations past and present see the significance of the star as a guiding light and as a symbol for Christ, "Jacob's Star."
